If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if there is a problem, then we are here to help you. Since all our products are digital (usually in ePub or PDF format, without any DRM protections), returns are not really possible. However, we understand that a student/person may want a refund due for many possible reasons, therefore we have the following easy and generous policy for refunds:
- In case of duplicate purchases, double charges, etc., you can ask for a refund anytime.
- We have 7 7-day (1 week) refund policy in case a product doesn’t meet the description, is the wrong edition, or is not formatted properly, etc. We will refund you the full amount.
- If you have mistakenly bought a product (seriously? how?), and inform us almost immediately, we try and refund you 100% of the amount. However, this is done on a case-by-case basis and we take some things into consideration like how soon you informed us, did you download the product or not, etc. (Please don’t scam us)
When asking for a refund, please contact us via Email (preferred) or our live support, and tell us the problem along with your order number and/or the email address you used for the order.
We try to respond within a maximum of 24 hours (however, It’s usually much sooner).
